In the Life of...

I've been gone for quite a while.  Six months...give or take one....

DA has changed a bit....not necessarily in a bad way, either.  I just got to get used to it.  Um...lots...and lots...and LOTS (-_-) of journals to go through and deviations too.  I think I have like 200 journals and 300 devs.  I decided though to just go through the recent journals and get rid of the rest.  It bothers me some, though, since I like to know what's going on in my friends lives and the lives of the artists I watch...but geeze ya'll write a lot.  So, I'm just taking a leap of faith nothing major-ly bad happened that I missed.  *hopes*  

So, as for me, I've been doing well.  One semester of college under my belt and another on starting! My first semester was, well let's face it, Hell.  I was stressed beyond words, pulled more all-nighters those four months than my entire senior year of high school, homework up the wazoo which kept me up past three most nights, and a presentation that sucked ass! BUT! I got through it with a high GPA so I can't complain...and I got money from my job    

Um...drawing kind of took a down slide during the semester..BUT!  This probably isn't a good thing, but my ability to draw profile faces improved GREATLY during school...specifically my Ancient world history class. Which is totally bizarre to me because I love ancient history....  IT WAS MY TEACHER! *growl* I  couldn't stand that guy! He would make crude and inappropriate comments about sex at the most ridiculous times! And that (along with other things) caused my respect and trust in his competence to drop almost to nothing.  On a lighter note though, the term paper I had to do for that song was so very fun to do <3.  Surprising, ne? Well I got to choose my subject and I chose Ancient Egypt, the once missing Queen  Hatshepsut  to be precise.

I had a very nice hiatus from school. Christmas was great, got lots of stuff I wanted, and everyone liked their gifts, so thats great.   New Year's was fun too. Spent the night at a friends house...missed the ball dropping but I'll live.  Um....OH! I got a few drawings done that I am AMAZINGLY proud of. <3 I'll get them up soon.  I thought of a new character (and another...so that makes two) which I'll get up here, too. Um...yeah......

ZOIDHFoKFHdlkfhdsluioF OMFG!!!!!!!</i>  I gotz a new Laptop!! XDDDDDDD HOLY FIRKEN COW IS IT NICE! XD  I'm calling him SLT2...which is short for SUper LapperTop Two.  He's even got a cool persona drawing I did for him. XD  ...How weird is it that i gave my compu a persona and a sex??????

Um..well yes...I'll post again soon.  I hope to frequent DA more now that my schedule is a little less hectic...for now.  Spring is gonna be a bitch I already know. -_-
